RMS Scan from Barcode Logic is a stock management solution that works in conjunction with the Microsoft Retail Management system (RMS) POS solution.

RMS Scan uses the latest mobile computing technology allowing the following functions to be managed no matter where you are in your store:

Goods Receiving

Process received goods by scanning the barcodes of the products you have received and upload the information in to Microsoft Dynamics Retail Management System via the RMS Scan software.

Work Orders

RMS Scan allows you to scan item barcodes using the portable terminal and then upload into Microsoft Dynamics Retail Management System to create a Work Order. This may then be recalled and the transaction completed.

Stock Transfer

If a product is being transferred between shops or back to suppliers RMS Scan can record the product that is being transferred via scanning the product barcode and recording the details using the mobile terminal keypad.

Price Checking

Check prices of products no matter where the products are located by simply scanning the product barcode.

Purchase Ordering

Create a supplier purchase order by simply scanning the barcode on the products you wish to reorder and entering the quantity required.
