ZZAP RMS Export is designed to simplify the transfer of batch and accounting data to your financial system.

ZZAP RMS Export formats the accounting export data in the format required by the Accounting System providing a seamless easy to use interface.

There are two versions of ZZAP RMS Export, the base version provides for the enhanced export of the sales data and a Professional version that expands to include purchase orders and associated data.

Standard Features

Fully Integrated: ZZAP Solutions prides itself on the level of integration achieved with its products. This results in a product that is truly part of Microsoft Retail Management System. This means reduced training requirements and reduced operating costs.

Sales + Tax by Tax Type: expands the standard RMS accounting export by exporting Sales + Tax for each tax type. To enable this feature you need only specify the GL Accounts for Sales + Tax in the GL Account setup

Sales: Dept. by Tax Type: expands the standard RMS accounting export by exporting Sales by Department by Tax Type.

Force Balance: This function allows ZZAP RMS Export to force the batches to balance if the imbalance is within the specified threshold

Negative Values: Are handled by automatically transposing them from debit to credit or credit to debit as required.

Credit & Debit GL Accounts: If both debit and credit GL Accounts are specified the full value will be assigned to each as separate entries.

Enhanced Data Integrity Checks: Before exporting the data ZZAP RMS Export performs integrity checks on the data to be transferred, any discrepancies will be reported in a log file.

Default Export Data: ZZAP RMS Export lets you define what data you want exported by default.

Hide Confirmation Screen: Allows you to lock the defaults and simplify posting operation.

Built on Microsoft .NET framework: All ZZAP Solutions RMS AddIns are built using Microsoft Visual Studio and utilize Microsoft .NET framework.

Standard Microsoft Installer: ZZAP RMS Export installs simply and can be removed using Microsoft Control Panel.

Supported Accounting Systems

ZZAP RMS Export supports the following export formats;

·        MYOB Premier Enterprise V4

·        MYOB Premier Ver 8, Ver 9 and Ver 10

·        MYOB AccountingPlus Ver14, Ver 15 and Ver 16

·        MYOB Accounting Ver 14-18.

Sales Journals: All sales GL Accounts are setup within RMS, ZZAP RMS Export uses these setting for sales journals.

Customer Adjustments: All customer adjustments are batched by RMS, ZZAP RMS Export extracts this information automatically.

Purchase Orders (ZZAP RMS ExportPro only). Purchase Orders received are batched by RMS. ZZAP RMS Export extracts this information automatically.

Inventory Adjustments: (ZZAP RMS ExportPro only). Inventory Adjustments and Stock Adjustments are batched by RMS and exported together.

Inventory Transfers: (ZZAP RMS ExportPro only). Local transfers of stock (i.e. to Supplier) are exported.

Supplier Details: (ZZAP RMS ExportPro only). If any supplier is changed in the date range of selected batches, the updates are exported.

ZZAP ControlPanel

The configuration of ZZAP RMS Export is managed using ZZAP ControlPanel. It is a simple to use utility that is used to manage the configuration of all ZZAP RMS AddIns.
