MicroChannel Recognised at Sage Business Partner Awards 2011

 


MicroChannel was recently recognised by Sage, for our work with Sage ERP Accpac and Sage CRM in 2011, with the presentation of two awards at the 2011 Sage Business Partner Awards, held in Queensland.


Along with these two awards MicroChannel were also named as a member of the 2011 Sage President's Circle – one of only 60 global partners to earn the prestigious designation.


We believe these recognitions, which capped off another successful year for MicroChannel, are based upon our company's unwavering consistency in delivering successful projects and reliable support of Sage ERP Accpac and Sage CRM.

Accellos WMS announces a robust new integration with Sage Accpac ERP

Accellos, a leading provider of supply chain execution software solutions, has released a new integration between Sage Accpac ERP version 5.5 and its Warehouse Suite by Accellos. The new product leverages Accellos’ services-based integration framework to provide a more robust product for Sage Accpac users.

 

The integration makes the following features available to the Sage Accpac 5.5 user:

Seamless downloads of Sage Accpac purchase and sales orders from the native Accpac ERP functionality to the warehouse system

Support for multi-location serialised and lot-tracked inventory, and customer/vendor returns

Developed using the extensible Accellos Integration Framework allowing the user or partner to customise the information flowing between Accpac ERP 5.5 and the Warehouse Suite by Accellos

Accpac Users Can Now Directly Request Enhancements.

The Sage Accpac ERP product management team has implemented IdeaScope to better respond to customers' requests for enhancements. From now on, all Sage Accpac ERP enhancement requests must be submitted via IdeaScope - available by clicking on the "Give Us Feedback". Now every user can submit a request directly to Sage Accpac.


Clients using v5.4 with the latest servicepack for System Manager (i.e. SP3) can click on the Help menu in Accpac, click on Sage Accpac On The Web and click Give Us Feedback to submit a feedback request.

New Version of Sage CRM available

Sage has just announced the availability of SageCRM for Sage Accpac ERP version 6.0C. The product is compatible with Sage Accpac ERP version 5.4. SageCRM version 6 introduces new user training tools, including instructional feature tours and on-screen coaching; new data management features including expanded search queries and grouping functionality; and enhanced system administration capabilities.
 

Accpac 5.4 User Counts Now Doubled

Sage have just announced that the user limits for Accpac ERP 5.4 100 Edition (formerly Small Business Edition) and Accpac ERP 5.4 200 Edition (formerly Corporate Edition) have been increased to 10 and 20 respectively This represents a major saving in licensing costs for clients who are already using the maximum number of users for Accapc ERP 100 Edition (5 users) or Accpac ERP 200 Edition (10 users) and wish to add additional users.
 

Sage Accpac 500 ERP scores highly in CPA Review

Sage Accpac 500 ERP 5.4 received a perfect score in The CPA Technology Advisor annual review of “high-end” accounting systems, published in the December issue. The reviewers awarded Sage Accpac five out of five stars overall, as well as in all six of the review categories: Modules/Scalability, Usability/User Experience/Security, Extensibility, Integration/Customization, Reporting, and Support, Training and Help.

The editors of Accounting Today have chosen Sage Accpac ERP as - Top 100 Products - for 2006. Their recognition of Sage Accpac ERP was based upon an evaluation of the features and benefits of the current versions, Sage Accpac 5.3B.Results are published in the December 19-January 8th issue of Accounting Today.
