Challenges • To consolidate 16 separate subsystems run by individual Prince of Wales companies into a completely integrated and expandable system. • The existing system could not cope with the growing demands of the business and was beginning to show signs of being overwhelmed. • The company needed a full warehouse management system that integrated seamlessly to their financial and accounting system.
