Natures Gift is an Australian producer of quality pet food that is made from all-natural ingredients and is free from harmful flavours and preservatives. Nature's Gift Australia has taken on the task of providing a commercial pet food that addresses pets' dietary sensitivities.

Challenges
• Natures Gift was using a very entry level business system that they had outgrown. They needed something that could do proper stock management, production and bill of materials.
• They wanted a business software solution that was scaleable so that they could implement Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), warehouse management with pick and pack and multiple warehouse locations.
• They needed to more effectively track sales and the cost of sales through sales analysis reporting

• Natures Gift is now using integrated production functionality to manage all types of bills of materials in production and stock tracking efficiently. They have improved production and material planning.
• Natures gift now have electronic banking integration to ANZ online to offer credit and charge card payment facilities to their customers, increasing customer service.
