The RMS SAP Business One Integration module effectively interfaces all POS transactions done in RMS to SAP Business One. This interface is scalable and can interface at GL level, or to financials ( GL, AR,AP) or full Operations ( GL, AR, AP, IC, PO, and OE modules). Static Master File data synchronises at day-end or on demand while transactional data can be optionally set to update SAP Business One on a real-time basis or at a Day-end process. The RMS – SAP Business One interface links directly to RMS stores or to RMS HQ. Some main features include:



This Interface incorporates Store Manager and Store HQ control functions and links them to the SAP Business One "accounting backend" allowing stock control, and sales controls to be managed jointly using the benefits of both products.
