Bulk Email allows SAP Business One users to rapidly email documents such as invoices, purchase orders and statements generated in SAP to the relevant Business Partner contacts, in PDF format, and all at the click of a button.

Features

 

·           Documents are mailed from Document Printing window.

·           Statements are mailed from Customer Ageing screen.

·           Documents are in PDF format as an attachment to the email or saved into a folder.

·           Emails are sent from SAP via Outlook so are therefore stored in your Outlook Sent Items folder.

·           Documents such as Journals or Stock Transfers that are not associated with Business Partners can be mailed to any email address.

·           Setup custom email templates per document type, with custom subject & body text.

·           Emails can be sent to single or multiple contacts per Business Partner.

·           Personalised Outlook signature can be used in emails sent from SAP.

·           Documents can be output in bulk to PDF and saved to a folder.

·           Uses the standard SAP form print layouts, both PLD and Crystal (v8.8), which can easily be modified.
