Royalty and Rebates This product enables users to capture Royalty and Rebate contract details that contain elements, which will enable the regular calculation of Royalty and Rebate amounts due. Based on the agreement details captured per contract, the utility will interrogate the relevant OE sales history of selected date periods for selected IC product / media item codes as linked to each contract, and then calculate any Royalty and/or Rebate amounts due. The product automatically creates an AP Vendor Batch at each run and maintains audit trail information for all applicable source data and calculation details. Variable rates based on RRP or net sales value linked with sales volume rate variations are available as set up options. Some main features include: - Different calculation methods are available for different products in the same contract.
- Contracts are multi currency compliant and have a copy function for convenience of setting up.
- Payment of invoices are then made or in cases where prepayments and advances have been made to Royalty or Rebate Vendors, the balance per such Vendor could easily be identified and set off against Royalty/Rebate payments due.

RMS POS Interface The RMS Integration module effectively interfaces all POS transactions done in RMS to Accpac Advantage Series and SAP Business One. This interface is scalable and can interface at GL level, or to financials (GL, AR,AP) or full Operations (GL, AR, AP, IC, PO, and OE modules). Static Master File data synchronises at day-end or on demand while transactional data can be optionally set to update Accpac and SAP Business One on a real-time basis or at a Day-end process. The RMS interface links directly to RMS stores or to RMS HQ. Some main features include: This Interface incorporates Store Manager and Store HQ control functions and links them to the Accpac and SAP Business One "accounting backend" allowing stock control, and sales controls to be managed jointly using the benefits of both products. - Best of breed functionality of both products is maintained while re-keying of interfacable data is totally eliminated.
