Enhance the SAP Business One product suite with the fully integrated Enprise SBO Job Costing module. Job Costing for SAP Business One will manage your projects, provide estimates, allocate resources and materials, track employee timesheets and sub contractor billing and provides flexible milestone based contracts billing. Utilising the 'Project Code' that exists in the standard SAP Business One product, purchase orders and project analysis within SAP Business One can now also be used. You can prepare estimates and quotations, track labor, materials, purchases and resource usage against jobs, projects and contracts. You can create jobs and report on job transactions that have been entered onto the job. Budgets and actual costs can be added to a job, allowing for back costing against the budget.
With powerful reporting and alerts management, this award winning application is a must for any business of a service management or project nature.
Sub Jobs - Every job has at least one sub job. Using the general setup, you can now define whether sub jobs are visible. If sub jobs are not required, each master job will only ever have one sub job which will not be visible to the user.
Source transactions are entered at sub job level however invoicing can be done at the master job level, by being able to consolidate sub jobs to a single invoice at master job level.
Work in Progress Warehouse - A ‘work in progress’ warehouse is defined for recording the usage of raw materials on the job. This can be direct from purchase orders or from inventory in another warehouse, as well as the value add from resources including staff labour.
Technical Requirements - Compatible with version 2005 and 2007 SAP Business One. Job Costing for SAP Business One is designed for operation on a Microsoft SQL Server database and requires pre-installation of .Net Framework and the SAP Business One DI API.
