Körber Supply Chain Software, a joint venture between Germany’s Körber AG and global investment firm KKR, has announced a significant rebranding initiative. Effective March 2025, the company will operate under the new name Infios. This change reflects the company’s commitment to evolving its identity and expanding its influence in the supply chain technology sector.
In line with this transformation, Infios has joined the Zero100 community, a membership-based intelligence organization dedicated to accelerating digital supply chain transformation. This collaboration aims to enhance Infios’s initiatives in artificial intelligence (AI) and sustainability, enabling the company to integrate innovative practices and digital tools into its adaptable solutions. By leveraging advanced technologies such as AI and data analytics, Infios seeks to help businesses optimize their supply chain ecosystems, reduce environmental impact, and enhance operational efficiency.
This rebranding and strategic partnership follow Infios’s recent acquisition of MercuryGate International Inc., a leading provider of transportation management systems (TMS). This acquisition, completed in August 2024, expanded Infios’s capabilities in multimodal optimisation and execution, reinforcing its position as a comprehensive provider of supply chain execution solutions. The integration of MercuryGate’s expertise is expected to offer customers enhanced flexibility, scalability, and resilience in managing complex global supply chains.
Ed Auriemma, Chief Executive Officer at Infios, expressed enthusiasm about these developments, stating, “By growing with our customers, delivering adaptable solutions, thinking ahead, and purposefully innovating, we are equipping businesses with the tools to optimize operations, enhance resilience, and drive measurable sustainability impact.”
Pioneering the Future: Infios Drives Adaptive and Sustainable Supply Chain Innovation
As Infios embarks on this new chapter, the company remains dedicated to providing adaptable and innovative technologies that evolve with changing business needs, turning supply chains into competitive advantages and contributing to a more sustainable future.
