What FUJIFILM MicroChannel did

Founded in 1996, NOVAS was initially focused on the manufacturing and wholesale distribution of Architectural Door ware. Recognising opportunities to meet the increasing demand of product specification and contract procurement, Novas began adding further products and services to provide a streamlined offering for their clients. In addition to Architectural Door ware, Novas has built a strong reputation for delivering premium Kitchen & Bathroom products and supplying and installing Joinery and Glass & Glazing products.

Whilst Novas is a business undergoing growth and product expansion, their legacy Warehouse Management System (WMS) failed to keep pace and only had manual processing in the warehouse. The process was time consuming and inefficient causing extra pick path and delay in picking orders. These inefficiencies drove Novas to seek a more robust WMS that integrates well into their ERP solution and enables growth.
