Oriental Merchant’s paper-based warehouse had to evolve to a computerised managed system to keep up with the increasing growth of their business. The food distributor required a system that could perform highly complex processes with a simple user interface and maintain highly accurate stock levels due to their sheer volume, quantity and type of stock. The business needed a WMS solution to help speed up expiry and batch management, additionally an EDI solution to connect to Woolworths and Coles.
