What FUJIFILM MicroChannel did

SEGAFREDO ZANETTI is the leading producer of espresso beans and coffee making machines with a global network of more than 60 of the original Italian espresso. On average 100,000 Segafredo espressos are served daily to coffee lovers around the world. In Australia, Segafredo Zanetti has been operating since 2002 and has quickly expanded in the domestic and hospitality markets.

They quickly realised they needed to make important business infrastructure decisions to support their growth.

Segafredo Zanetti Australia management looked at two possibilities: integrate their existing systems into one or look for a completely new system. After evaluating the options in the Australian market, they decided to start fresh and chose SAP Business One with MicroChannel Services selected to manage the integration process.
