What FUJIFILM MicroChannel did

SILK Laser Clinics previously operated in a fragmented financial environment, with each franchised or joint clinic maintaining its own accounting ledger. Manual processes were required to replicate transactions across more than 100 entities and hundreds of bank accounts. As the business grew, particularly following its ASX listing and the acquisition of a rival clinic group, these limitations became increasingly unsustainable. 

SILK undertook a comprehensive review of multiple systems and platforms as part of a formal selection process, and Sage Intacct, implemented by FUJIFILM MicroChannel, emerged as the clear choice. As a cloud-native financial management system designed for complex, multi-entity organisations, Sage Intacct established a single financial backbone across the SILK network and offered the structure, automation and consolidated visibility required to bring order to a decentralised operation.
